My name is E'Lynese, or Coach E'
Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve been an athlete since grade school and have always loved pushing my limits. Over the years, I’ve gained a passion for martial arts (yes, I'm a black belt), basketball, and Olympic weightlifting.
Since graduating from high school, the gym has become my second home. My primary focus has been strength training, and lately, I’ve been exploring calisthenics to challenge myself in new ways. Beyond my own journey, my real passion is helping others become the best version of themselves—inside and out.
I’m educated in strength and cardio training, nutrition, and even have hands-on experience from working in a weight loss clinic, where I learned the many ways people can successfully lose and maintain weight. My goal? To meet you where you are and help you crush your goals—while having fun along the way.

Your journey starts here. During our 1-on-1 consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level to create a personalized plan tailored just for you. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share your challenges, and lay the groundwork for lasting results.

Goal Setting
Success starts with a plan. I work with you to define clear, realistic goals and create a step-by-step roadmap to achieve them. Together, we’ll track your progress, celebrate wins, and adjust your plan as you grow—turning your vision into results.
Step 3
Time to get to work!
No more waiting—this is where the action begins. You’ll follow your personalized plan, and I’ll be there every step of the way with routine check-ins, guidance, and support to keep you accountable and on track. Together, we’ll turn effort into real results.
